Academic co-working in a research project funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) on the combination of electrochemical and biocatalytic reactions. The resulting synthesis processes are intended to contribute to the sustainable production of industrial chemicals with energy minimisation and waste avoidance. The enzymes involved in the biocatalytic reactions are to be recombinantly expressed and used in organic syntheses and combined with electrochemical steps. The electrochemical steps are also to be specifically developed with a view to compatibility with the biocatalytic reactions.
- Academic co-worker on the above-mentioned research tasks (95 %)
- teaching (5 %)
The employment is conducive to scientific qualification. The employee will be given the opportunity to complete a doctorate in the research project.
