The Faculty of Education is one of the largest faculties at Bielefeld University and its structure are essentially characterized by the interplay of subject-specific science and educational science and educational science. Approximately 5,500 students study in the Faculty's various degree programs. Around 200 members of staff (including 22 professors) work in research, teaching and administration. This makes the faculty one of the largest educational science faculties in Germany. The Scientific Institution Laboratory School (WE LS) is an institution of the Faculty of Education Science. It has been coordinating and supporting the practical research projects of the Laboratory School since 1991 Bielefeld: As part of various research and development projects, multi-professional teams of scientists and teams of scientists and teachers work on topics in the field of school development school development. - deputy to the Scientific Director of the Laboratory School (25 %), including
- supporting the long-term strategic management of research and development work at the Laboratory School
- preparation, supervision, implementation and transfer of research and development plan projects (FEP projects)
- support in managing the budget of the WE Laboratory School
- networking within the university as well as nationally and internationally
- supporting the publication strategy of the WE Laboratory School
- 8 LVS teaching (4 LVS in the tenure track phase) in the educational science degree programs; analogous to the other WE positions with an expected teaching reduction of 50 % (45 %)
- independent research work in the area described (20 %)
- advising researching teaching staff and students and academics in the implementation of research projects at the Laboratory School (5%)
- participation in the academic self-administration and in the committees of the WE Laborschule (5 %)
The employment is conducive to academic qualification.
